Guest Services Team Leader

As a Guest Services Team Leader you will receive:

We are looking for a Guest Services Team Leader:

  • Who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
  • Who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
  • Who plays a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
  • Who possesses a good command of English and excellent communication skills
  • Who share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
  • With previous experience as a Senior Switchboard Operator or Guest Services Host or Hotel Receptionist preferable
