Job Description
EarthCam is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to lead the training, onboarding, sales process, and operational support infrastructure behind our growing sales organization.
This role is heavily focused on sales training, coaching support, CRM process adoption, and managing the Sales Administration team that supports Territory Sales Representatives and Account Managers throughout the sales cycle.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally strong, and passionate about helping sales teams execute more effectively through structure, consistency, accountability, and training.
This is not a traditional quota-carrying sales leadership role. Instead, this position focuses on improving sales execution, onboarding, sales workflows, CRM discipline, internal coordination, and enablement systems that help the broader sales organization succeed.
The Director of Sales Enablement will work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Representatives, Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Administration teams to improve operational efficiency and reinforce scalable sales processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales Administration team supporting the sales organization
- Develop and improve onboarding programs for new sales hires
- Create and maintain sales training materials, playbooks, and process documentation
- Reinforce CRM standards, pipeline management practices, and sales workflow consistency
- Support coaching initiatives alongside Sales Leadership to improve execution and accountability
- Train sales teams on internal tools, workflows, systems, and operational best practices
- Help improve proposal preparation, documentation processes, and sales support workflows
- Monitor CRM usage, pipeline visibility, reporting accuracy, and process adoption across the sales organization
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to improve communication and workflow alignment
- Support internal reporting and sales process visibility for leadership
- Help maintain strong execution standards across sales support activities, customer follow-up, and opportunity management
- Assist with sales readiness initiatives, training refreshers, and ongoing process education
- Support organizational scalability through operational structure, consistency, and accountability
