Full-time Special Education Teacher/Case Manager for Memorial Elementary School beginning August 2026.
One-year position.

Job Summary: 
Memorial Elementary School is seeking a Special Education Teacher/Case Manager. The candidate should have a firm understanding of the special education process and NHSEIS. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide reading and math instruction that is evidence based and targeted to meet the specific needs of students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans. As Case Manager, ideal candidate will be able to support and facilitate Special Education Meetings under the support of the LEA.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree from an approved program, and a general special education certification required.
