Job Description
At Gigamon, our purpose is to protect the hybrid networks and data of the largest, most complex organizations on the planet. Certified as a Great Place to Work, we offer a deep observability pipeline that efficiently delivers network-derived intelligence to cloud, security, and observability tools. This helps our customers to eliminate security blind spots, optimize network traffic, and dramatically reduce tool cost and complexity, enabling them to better secure and manage their hybrid cloud infrastructure. Gigamon has served more than 4,000 customers worldwide, including over 80 percent of Fortune 100 enterprises, 9 of the 10 largest mobile network providers, and hundreds of governments and educational organizations.

As a Senior Product Manager, AI, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Gigamon’s AI products, from customer discovery through launch and iteration. You will partner closely with customers to deeply understand their pain points and use cases, and translate those insights into clear, actionable product requirements. You will define, develop, and evangelize the AI product roadmap, working cross-functionally with engineering and other stakeholders to execute against it. Your work will culminate in a compelling, data-informed product strategy that helps shape Gigamon’s next generation of AI-driven capabilities.

What you’ll do
· Own the full product lifecycle for AI offerings, from concept and validation through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
· Engage directly with customers and field teams to uncover pain points, use cases, and unmet needs related to AI-driven capabilities.
· Translate customer insights and market signals into clear product requirements and measurable KPIs for engineering.
· Define, maintain, and communicate a prioritized AI product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer value.
· Partner closely with engineering to plan, scope, and deliver high-quality AI features and releases on time.
· Evangelize the AI product vision and roadmap with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to drive alignment and excitement.
· Work cross functionally with stakeholders to define and execute the go to market strategy.
· Continuously refine product direction based on customer feedback, usage data, and evolving market dynamics.

What you’ve done
· Led the lifecycle of complex technology products, with mandatory experience on AI capabilities that do not include SaaS-based integrations of AI agents, from discovery through delivery.
· Worked directly with customers or users to understand pain points and convert them into well-structured product requirements.
· Collaborated with engineering teams in an agile environment to ship impactful features and iterate quickly.
· Created and managed product roadmaps that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.

Who you are
· Customer-obsessed, with a strong bias toward understanding real-world problems and delivering practical solutions.
· Strategic and structured thinker who can connect individual requirements to an overarching product strategy.
· Clear, persuasive communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision and plan.
· Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, balancing ambiguity with decisive prioritization and execution.
· Strong buy-in skills, influencing outside of your realm to excite and align stakeholders on your vision and strategy.
