As a Commercial Door Service Technician at Polk Mechanical, you'll be a key player in providing top-tier services. You'll work within a self-directed team environment, taking ownership of your tasks with a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install and service commercial overhead doors, openers, and dock equipment.
  • Repair or replace broken springs, cables, tracks, and motors.
  • Diagnose issues, inspect job sites, and make expert recommendations.
  • Read blueprints and schematics when needed 
  • Install and maintain fire doors, rolling steel curtains, Commercial high-speed doors and related systems.
  • Use hand and power tools to install tracks, torsion springs, and door sections.
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service every time.
  • Keep safety, quality, and efficiency as your top priorities.
