    Our 2026 Regular Education Summer School: STEM Adventure Program is looking for Excellent Teachers


    The CLES STEM Adventure is for students just finishing fifth through eighth grade and focuses on STEM investigations as well integrated instruction and support in the areas of reading and math.  

    July 6, 2026 �  July 30, 2026 (tentative)
    Time: 8:30-12:30 p.m. - four days a week (Mon-Thurs) for four weeks 

    Teachers will also attend one day of training prior to the start of STEM Adventure. (Date TBD)

     Teachers would work 16 hours a week:

    • Teach 3 hours (9:00-12:00) a day X 4 days a week =12 hours a week
    • 1 hour of prep time x 4 days a week = 4 hours a week (30 minutes before students arrive and 30 minutes after)

    Qualified Candidates must have a valid, appropriate CT Certification.  To be considered for this position, candidates must complete an application and upload the following documents if you are an external candidates only:

    • resume
    • cover letter
    • copy of your CT Teaching certificate (if applicable)
    • undergraduate and graduate transcripts (Teachers, SLP)
    • Proof of Para Pro or minimum 2 Year degree (Para-Educators)
    • at least two recent signed letters of reference.
