Responsibilities:
- Lead groups of campers during their camp at the direction of the camp director
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Encourage good sportsmanship
- Work with other camp counselors to create a supportive camp environment
- Manage camp activities and camp schedule effectively
Requirements:
- Must be a current full-time student at Ursinus College
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent customer service skills
- Serve as a role model and visible presence on campus
- Knowledge of rules and techniques of the specific sport
