Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead groups of campers during their camp at the direction of the camp director
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
  • Encourage good sportsmanship
  • Work with other camp counselors to create a supportive camp environment
  • Manage camp activities and camp schedule effectively

 

Requirements:

  • Must be a current full-time student at Ursinus College
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Serve as a role model and visible presence on campus 
  • Knowledge of rules and techniques of the specific sport
