This is a high-impact, agent-focused role that supports the growth of our agents through relocation opportunities while delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Relocation Coordinator connects individuals and families moving in and out of Wisconsin with the right First Weber agents, ensuring every referral is handled with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
This role operates within a best-in-class network, supported by HomeServices of America and connected globally through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect agents with relocation opportunities that support business growth
- Manage inbound and outbound referrals through eRelocation
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional follow-up on all referrals
- Support relationships with relocation management companies (RMCs) and corporate partners
- Serve as a resource to agents navigating relocation business
- Track referrals from assignment through closing with strong attention to detail
- Provide clear, consistent communication to relocating clients
- Maintain accurate systems, reporting, and documentation
- Support day-to-day relocation operations and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge
Experience:
- Three to five plus years of related experience strongly preferred
- Real estate or relocation experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Demonstrates urgency, accountability, and follow-through
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment
