Job Description:

As a Director of Delivery, you are accountable for developing and leading a high-performance Delivery Team in Nepal so that we can deliver high quality work to our clients - primarily in the USA, Australia, and Europe. Delivery is the largest function of CloudFactory in Nepal and your team members are the bridge between two sets of Clients: Customers, who are the source of the data processing work, and CloudWorkers, who get the processing work done. You will develop a vision and execute strategies to implement in order to create efficiencies across the department as we scale in Nepal from 2,500 CloudWorkers to 10,000+.

Responsible For:

  • Improving Service Delivery processes, including working practices and work standards.
  • Enabling the success of portfolio of accounts and projects by ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met.

  • Maintaining profitability by managing scope, profit margins, revenue, growth strategies and cost schedules of Service Delivery.

  • Identifying, communicating, and managing business risk related to Delivery in Nepal.

  • Planning and execution of business and people related risk and change management.

  • Ensuring effective structure and organisation for the Delivery Team in Nepal.

  • Planning the deployment of people and resources.

  • Inspiring team members by ensuring good servant leadership is practiced throughout Delivery.

  • Projecting a positive employer brand and maintaining a pipeline of future candidates.

  • Retaining team members through development opportunities and ensuring career progression for them.

  • Providing an environment that invests in people, allowing them to develop through goals and frequent feedback.

  • Selecting and managing partners and vendors, including negotiating terms and costs.

  • Supporting good teamwork between the Nepal and other delivery locations (inside and outside the business).

  • Improving the efficiency of Delivery operations in Nepal through best practices and continuous improvement mechanisms.

  • Making strong contribution to Delivery Operations strategy as a member of the Global Delivery leadership team.

Qualifications:
  • Client communication and experience in successfully managing large multi-million dollar projects and leading large dynamic high-performing teams for American or European clients.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Digital skills like spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and analysis.
  • Quick learner of business software systems (business intelligence, project management tools, etc).
  • You have experience working with highly capable and driven individuals, and have the nous to handle tough situations.
  • Project management, general management, and experience in a high-growth tech company are a plus.
