Job Description
We’re looking for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary expertise in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your food industry skills while contributing to a dynamic kitchen atmosphere.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Cook food items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist with menu planning and daily prep work to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
  • Support catering events and special functions with meal preparation and serving assistance
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy hours

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 17 years old
  • Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including kitchen tool proficiency
  • Experience in food handling, safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Background in restaurant or food service environments a plus
  • Knowledge of menu planning and culinary techniques preferred
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions accurately
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
