Job Description

About the role:

Ready to shape the future of digital advertising across Europe?
We’re looking for a Programmatic Specialist who knows how to turn smart media buying into real business impact. In this role, you’ll work on international display and video campaigns across multiple markets, using the latest programmatic tools, data strategies and AI-driven optimizations.
You’ll join a fast-moving performance marketing team where experimentation, innovation and collaboration are part of the everyday. From audience targeting and campaign optimization to testing new technologies and automation opportunities — you’ll have the space to make an impact and grow your expertise.
This is a role for someone who loves the mix of strategy, data, creativity and technology, and who gets excited by the constantly evolving world of digital media.

What will you do:

As our Programmatic Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching and optimizing programmatic campaigns across display and video channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams, agencies and tech partners to ensure campaigns perform at their best across different European markets.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building, trafficking and optimizing programmatic display and video campaigns across DSPs and ad-serving platforms
  • Managing audience targeting, retargeting strategies, contextual targeting and first-party data activation
  • Optimizing bidding strategies, pacing, placements and inventory sources to improve ROAS, CPA and campaign efficiency
  • Monitoring brand safety, fraud prevention, viewability and tracking quality
  • Working with platforms like DV360, CM360 and other DSP environments
  • Analyzing campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Supporting innovation projects around AI bidding, automation, DCO and new programmatic capabilities
  • Collaborating with Brand, CRM, Data & Technology and local market teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Managing campaign administration including budgets, pacing, invoicing and reporting
  • Challenging agencies and vendors to continuously improve campaign quality and performance

This is you:

You already have a few years of experience in programmatic media buying or digital advertising and you’re ready for the next step. You combine a data-driven mindset with curiosity for new technologies and trends. You’ll probably recognize yourself in this:
- 2–4 years of experience in programmatic display/video or digital media buying
- Experience with DV360, CM360 or other DSP and ad-serving platforms
- Knowledge of trafficking, tagging, attribution and campaign measurement
- Comfortable working with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI or DSP dashboards
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Culturally aware and comfortable working across European markets
- You are naturally curious and continuously looking for smarter ways of working
- You have a strong interest in AI, innovation and emerging technologies and you are eager to apply them in a practical marketing context
- A hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail and campaign quality
- Comfortable working with agencies, vendors and multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is a plus

Most importantly: you’re someone who likes to test, learn and improve continuously — and who enjoys working in a team that moves fast and thinks big.
