A Per Diem Physical Therapist job is now available with St. Ann's Community,

This position will require Saturday availability.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be providing the high quality evaluation and
treatment services for which we are renowned. You will also be a key customer
service representative in providing the St. Ann’s Experience to our residents,
families, visitors, guests, and interdisciplinary staff members. 

Job Duties: 

 

· Planning,
organizing, developing, implementing, evaluating and directing Physical Therapy
including assisting in the supervision of volunteers, aides, and assistants  

· Completing
necessary documentation in a timely manner that is descriptive of the education
and care provided 

· Participating
in Interdisciplinary care plan meetings and rounds  

· Functioning
well in an interdisciplinary team environment that emphasizes excellent working
relationships with internal and external customers  

· Completing
home assessments when indicated  

Job Requirements:  

· Current New
York State license/registration as a Physical Therapist  

· Bachelor’s
Degree (B.S.) in Physical Therapy, Master’s Degree preferred  

· Prior
experience and interest with the adult and geriatric populations preferred
