Job Description

Organizational Development – 20%     

  • Lead the Supply Chain team, embedding a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop high-performing talent by setting clear expectations, fostering collaboration, and building team capabilities to drive long-term operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Product Development—to improve processes, supplier engagement, forecasting, integrated planning, and customer satisfaction, aligned with strategic and sustainability objectives.

Supply Chain Excellence – 60%

  • Drive customer service excellence by ensuring timely material availability, accurate forecasts, and proactive issue resolution, achieving OT&C and fulfillment metrics above 95%.
  • Optimize procurement, inventory, and production planning to meet cost, service, and quality objectives.
  • Manage inventory investment, balancing stock levels to support service targets while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Enhance supplier performance through strategic sourcing, contract management, risk mitigation, and continuous evaluation to ensure reliable, high-quality supply at optimal cost.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and working capital targets via safety stock planning, lead-time management, and reduction of excess/obsolete inventory, improving cash-to-cash cycles.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements, automation, and technology adoption to increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and responsiveness.

Supply Chain Strategy & Growth – 20%

  • Drive and execute supply chain strategy to deliver growth, operational excellence, and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and investments that deliver ROI, scalability, and competitive advantage.
  • Drive cross-functional integration and innovation to optimize performance, enable market expansion, and embed best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, and/or relevant experience or professional certifications.
  • 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience with strong expertise in procurement, planning, and inventory management.
  • Experience in mid-to-large manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain best practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (D365 preferred; SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive organizational results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
