What You�ll Do
As a Medical Assistant, you�ll play a vital role in supporting providers and delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities include:
Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and updating medical histories
Assisting with procedures and exams
Performing clinical duties such as injections, EKGs, venipuncture, and lab testing
Documenting patient information in the EMR
Coordinating patient flow and supporting providers
Educating patients and supporting follow-up care
Maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
What We�re Looking For
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
CPR certification
Strong computer and communication skills
Preferred:
Medical Assistant certification
EMR experience
0�2 years of clinical experience
Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
