Job Description

Purpose: This is a full-time position that provides support to individuals with a behavioral health diagnosis.  Centers for Behavioral Health, LLC personnel are trained in their responsibilities as outlined below. 

Supervisor: Reports to Program Director

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain adherence to the Time and Attendance policy 
  • Maintain and present in a positive and professional manner in all methods of communication (written, verbal, and face to face)
  • Must exhibit time management and organizational skills
  • Maintain respectful and professional boundaries with co-workers, providers and all persons served
  • Maintain confidentiality of all persons served 
  • Proficiently utilize technology as related to job duties
  • Implements safe work practices and performs assigned duties in all emergency drills and crises
  • Actively participates in required meetings and trainings
  • Operate agency vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Demonstrates productivity in support of the programs’ goals and outcomes
  • Communicates with supervisor and team via designated platforms
  • Document accurate and timely records of the persons served according to policies, regulations, and standards
  • Responsible for all incoming calls, transfers, taking messages and communicating to appropriate personnel
  • Greeting and checking in all persons served and stakeholders
  • Tracking, scanning, and faxing of various program related tasks
  • Oversees collection of survey data and outcomes  
  • Maintain inventory and ordering of office supplies  
  • Distribute incoming and collection of outgoing mail 
  • Provides updates and information to persons served  
  • Assist with fulfilling medical records requests 
  • Meeting minutes as assigned
  • Other Administrative Assistant related duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in an office or administrative support position. Must have knowledge of computer programs and business office procedures.  All personnel are required to be COVID 19 vaccinated and CPR certified.  Must have a current driver’s license and active automobile insurance coverage. 

Physical Demands: May require sitting, standing, bending, stooping, manual dexterity for use of standard office equipment.  Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
