Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 12 to 14 years of experience to oversee and manage projects with a focus on Project Quality Management .Net Core Java Vuex Sales Cloud and AGILE methodologies. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts making it ideal for those who value work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Oversee the development and implementation of project plans ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring that project deliverables meet expectations.
• Utilize technical skills in .Net Core Java and Vuex to drive project success and innovation.
• Implement AGILE methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
• Manage project documentation and reporting ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement and future projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the project team.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices to enhance service delivery and support.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Project Quality Management and technical skills in .Net Core Java and Vuex.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AGILE methodologies and ITIL standards.
• Experience with Sales Cloud is essential for driving project success.
• Familiarity with Research and Development and Data Models is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and drive solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
