Summary



Responsible for providing advanced administrative and operational support to ensure efficient department and company performance. This position handles a wide range of administrative duties; supports leadership, coordinates office and project functions, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.



 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.




  • Provide administrative and project support to managers and divisions

  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy. 

  • Track and process invoices and purchase orders. Serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow. 

  • Purchase and manage supplies and equipment, researching items and obtaining price quotes, receiving purchase orders.

  • Enter job-related information (job numbers and other project specific information) into database.

  • Review, track and prepare invoices and purchase orders and maintain transaction records.

  • May coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel for management and key staff.





Education and/or Experience



High School Diploma and 3-5 years related experience.



Computer Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with D365 helpful. 



Physical Demands 



Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds (files, binders, office supplies).
