Overview We’re looking for a whip smart VP based in Boston, MA to work on the GroupeConnect Executive Response team who can bring consistent & proactive thought leadership and flawless executions to life. If you’ve got the goods and you’re up for the challenge, read on. The Executive Response team manages and leads all projects that have been requested by Client’s CMO and executive leadership team. This can range from leading fast turn creative projects, planning custom events & experiences for Client executives, to general account management support to GC’s Groupe Client Lead (GCL). You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior agency and client executives, gaining direct insight into high-level decision-making and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities You’ll work on the GroupeConnect Executive Response team supporting the GC President/GCL, group account director and PM on strategic and creative initiatives as requested by Client executive leadership. Day to day, your role includes: • Serve as the day-to-day partner to the GCL on client priorities, helping manage preparation, alignment, and follow-through across engagements. • Develop strategic documentation, inclusive of briefings, executive-level presentations and dossiers, for executive and partner meetings • Orchestrate standout client experiences at conferences, offsites, and key moments/meetings— curating agendas, itineraries, and touchpoints that reflect relationship context and business goals. • Serve as a connective tissue between clients, senior leadership, and internal teams—ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum. Qualifications Skills & Capabilities: • Strong strategic listener- You ask smart questions, quickly synthesize context, and read the room—balancing emotional intelligence with analytical thinking. • Proactive leader & thoughtful contributor - based on what you heard & learned, and how you read the room, you’re able to anticipate needs, scenario plan, and come prepared with thoughtful ideas and recommendations to progress the project, preserving momentum. • Strong communicator and navigator-you connect the dots and find the answer to progress projects. This skill extends to developing compelling presentations, ability to write executive narratives and communications • Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. • Have a sense of urgency and the ability to work at pace/speed and under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities • Demonstrate superior discretion in handling confidential information as you will be exposed to senior clients and GC’s senior leadership team Qualifications: We’re looking for a talented Account Director with impressive work experience, which typically includes: • Four years of college education, MBA degree and 7 to 9 years of experience (ideally at a creative agency), including four years of leadership experience in integrated marketing and client relationship management with a digital scope • Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking – you’re strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data as you are at reading clients • Superb communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward, engaging and effective • Effective time-management, impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes • Proven project management and performance management skills – you’re known for your ability to think 10 steps ahead & scenario plan, inspire and drive change, and bring varied groups together to collaborate effectively • Retail and production experience is a plus • General in-person availability, this is a hybrid role with in-office requirements weekly Additional information Publicis Groupe provides robust and inclusive benefit programs and policies to support the evolving and diverse needs of our talent and enable every person to grow and thrive. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
