Job Description
EEC Solutions is looking for an Air Advisor Instruction / Mobility Support Advisor Squadron (MSAS) Instructor / SME to support a possible upcoming contract at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ.

Note: We are seeking resumes for a proposal opportunity. This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates currently living in a HubZone designated area are encouraged to apply. Only the candidates who meet the minimum qualifications will be considered.

Position Description:

Serves as the primary SME and instructor for the Air Advisor MC/TS Qualification Course, providing instruction on security cooperation concepts, command relationships, mission planning, execution, and reporting for MSAS Mission Commanders and Team Sergeants. Also provides instruction on teaching methodology in cross-cultural environments and reviews/evaluates student lesson plan delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and evaluations on security cooperation concepts including authorities, command relationships, mission planning, execution, and reporting.
• Provide instruction on teaching methodology in a cross-cultural environment.
• Teach subjects including, but not limited to: Command Relationships, Risk Management, Security Cooperation, Funding and Legal Authorities, Force Protection Mindset, History of AMC GPF Advising, Theater-Specific Dynamics/US Foreign Policy, Mission Planning and Coordination, US Embassy Operations, Personalizing Lesson Plans, Using Training Aids Effectively, Effective Presentation Skills, and Maintaining Control in the Classroom.
• Review student lesson plans and analyze student instructor delivery skills; provide effective written and oral feedback.
• Provide course support including curriculum development/management, course scheduling, and administration.
• Develop, update, revise, and deliver curriculum and courseware IAW USAF EOS policy.
• Complete USAF EOS instructional methods course; maintain 180 hours of instruction within first year; maintain satisfactory or above on Government evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Deployed as an MSAS Mission Commander/Team Sergeant, Military Advisor, PAS Officer, RAS Officer, FAO, PRT member, attaché, or Security Cooperation Officer (or equivalent advisory role).
- Completion of Air Command and Staff College, Senior NCO Academy, or sister service school equivalent (in-residence or by correspondence).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; CAC required within two weeks of start date.
- Verification of MSAS or advisory deployment experience required; prior MSAS Mission Commander or Team Sergeant experience strongly preferred.
