Job Description
Purpose of the Job
The Production Services Executive provides operational and administrative support to the Client Services team (Account Directors and Account Managers). The role supports the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and projects by managing data, supporting production processes, and assisting with billing-related activities.
This is a mid level role, ideal for someone looking to develop their skills within marketing operations and production services while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Client Services team
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within internal systems and trackers
  • Support the management and tracking of project and production timelines as directed by the Client Services team
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support compliance with internal processes, controls, and contractual requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Production, Finance, and Operations to support delivery of projects
  • Update shared folders, trackers, and workspaces to ensure information is current and accurate
  • Assist with generating basic reports and status updates
  • Follow established best practices and procedures, escalating issues where required

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Interest in marketing production, operations, or shared services support
Language Requirements
  • French language proficiency (written and verbal) is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders and understand work-related documentation
  • Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus but not essential
