Job Description
We are looking for an administrator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have a background in the financial management of a healthcare facility. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing daily operations of the company and developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis
  • Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the agency including professional and non-professional services
  • Ensure the hiring process is structured to assure appropriately trained staff
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, services, and quality assurance
  • Review and approve all policies and procedures related to safe and adequate patient care and operation of the Home Care agency at least every two years
  • Lead and manage budget and accounting systems
  • Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes
  • Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration
  • Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities
  • Assistant coordinate agency programs with other community agencies and strategic partnerships
  • Ensure the client complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate
  • Provide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directed
  • Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of agency operations
Qualifications
  • 3+ years management experience
  • 2+ years experience running an agency
  • 1 year experience working with adults and or seniors
  • Deep understanding of financial management of a healthcare facility
  • Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improve
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
