Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that support our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our CRM system meets the needs of our clients and enhances operational efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

CRM Development and Customization:

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Create and manage entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using CRM reporting tools.

Integration:

  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Develop and maintain data integration processes using tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and more.

System Administration:

  • Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security roles, onboarding, training, and data management.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations and enhancements.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
  • Work with end-users to resolve problems and provide training as needed.

Project Management:

  • Participate in project planning and execution, including requirements gathering, design documentation, and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure CRM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data.


Other job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Technical Write – Produce Quick guides, Manual
  • Training Support – For new features developed, provide training to the team on usability.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer.
  • Experience working in the healthcare or PBM industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
  • Experience with CRM integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Admin Power Platform
  • Dataverse Fetch XML
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
