Sales Administrator – Rail & Road (German Speaker)


Location: Nis







What are your main tasks?


  • Support the Key Account and Sales Managers in preparing offers, plans, and tenders
  • Independently manage customer inquiries, orders, and international communication
  • Coordinate technical and commercial aspects of sales projects
  • Track offers, sales opportunities, and competitor activities
  • Handle spare parts management and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate SAP master data (customers, materials, contracts)
  • Assist with events, trade fairs, and customer presentations
  • Collaborate with internal departments on order processing and delivery coordination
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis
  • Participate in acquisition projects, customer negotiations, and internal sales initiatives



What are your qualifications?


  • Completed vocational or university education (preferably in Business, Engineering, or Logistics)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration or customer support, ideally in a technical or rail-related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP
  • Fluent in English and German language
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
