Responsibilities:-
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase orders
- Verify outgoing goods before dispatch to ensure correct quantity, labeling, and condition
- Conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Identify defects, damages, or discrepancies and report findings to supervisors
- Maintain detailed inspection records, logs, and reports
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of products within the warehouse
Technical Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse or logistics experience such as: Receiving/shipping clerk, Inventory associate, Picker/packer or forklift operator
- Quality control (QC) / inspection experience
- Inspecting products for damage or defects
- Sampling and testing materials
- Following inspection procedures and standards
- Shipping & receiving knowledge:
- Purchase orders, packing slips, invoices
- Verifying shipments and quantities
- Handling discrepancies (missing, damaged, incorrect items).
