Your Tasks

Due to intensive development of Beiersdorf Shared Services in Poland, we recently established the Accounting Department responsible for one of our luxury brands. We are hiring for people willing to shape the young organization actively to establish it as a regional center of excellence in future. In this role, you will join our Poznań Beiersdorf Campus, work in an international environment with many development opportunities.
In this position, you will cooperate with international affiliates and stakeholders outside of Poland, while being embedded to our core accounting team based on site in Poznań.

Your responsibilities:

  • Main responsible for accounts payable for a German speaking sales entity
  • Support of monthly closings
  • Self-reliant analysis and documentation of vendor accounts
  • Contact for financial and tax auditors and external service providers regarding all topics in AP
  • Bank accounting (e.g. payments runs)
  • Posting of asset and inventory items
  • Active support of ongoing improvement of processes and systems in current accounting
  • Support international projects

 

Your Profile

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience acting as a proactive business partner to Operations by identifying invoice mismatches, analyzing root causes, and collaborating with Logistics and Procurement to improve endtoend PTP processes
  • Experience driving operational efficiency by reducing blocked invoices, improving payment performance, and strengthening supplier relationships through datadriven insights and crossfunctional problem solving
  • Safe handling of SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA (Modules: FI/CO); basic knowledge of MM-module preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, German language skills will be an additional asset
  • Education in Finance and Accounting as an additional asset
