    Essential Functions:

     
    • Supervise students in the classroom when the regular teacher is absent

    • Follow lesson plans provided by the teacher or administrator

    • Use technology tools as directed

    • Implement health and safety protocols

    • Collaborate effectively with school staff

     

    Requirements:

     
    • Valid CT Teaching Certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree (college transcripts required)

    • Successful completion of criminal background and DCF records checks

    • Participation in Region One Health and Safety Training 

     

    Working Conditions:
    Assignments may take place in any PreK–8 elementary school or a 9–12 high school. Flexibility in location and grade levels is expected.

     

    Salary: $130/day
