Join our team as a Full-Time Counterperson! We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual eager to grow in a fast-paced environment for our Kokomo, IN store. This position offers hands-on experience, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
- Conduct all activities using a customer focused perspective, always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
- Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls, in person communication, and more!
- Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
- Support our customers’ needs through always offering all product options to our customers and exemplifying our Never Say No values.
- Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
- Contribute to the store’s daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.
Schedule: Full time, up to 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Saturdays on rotation

Stores hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, Saturdays 8am-12pm
