Rapsodo is a global leader in sports analytics technology, helping athletes and coaches unlock performance through data. As we continue expanding across international markets, we’re looking for a versatile marketing professional to support regional growth and execution.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Marketing Specialist to support a wide range of marketing initiatives across Rapsodo’s International Markets. This is a hands-on, generalist role that spans campaign execution, content coordination, creative support, and operational marketing.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life, ensure smooth coordination across projects, and contribute to building Rapsodo’s presence across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Support end-to-end execution of regional marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch smoothly
  • Assist in adapting and localizing global campaigns for regional markets

2. Content & Creative Support

  • Collaborate on the development of marketing content including social media, email, and promotional materials
  • Brief and coordinate with designers or external vendors when needed
  • Assist with light content creation (copywriting, captions, basic visuals using tools like Canva)

3. Events & Activations

  • Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and grassroots activations
  • Manage logistics, vendors, and on-ground coordination where required
  • Assist in post-event reporting and follow-ups

4. Partnerships & Community

  • Help coordinate influencer, ambassador, and partner initiatives
  • Support outreach, communication, and content collaboration

5. Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and asset libraries
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling reports
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and execution
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Marketing Manager across multiple initiatives
