Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Regional Sales Manager, Process Industries, ANZ & SEA to join our dynamic
team.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

You have strong followership and serve as an authentic leader, coach, and advisor.
Build trust-based relationships and leadership capabilities at all levels by driving accountability and empowering colleagues to make decisions.
Champion our core values, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, customer focus, excellence and respect across teams to deliver exceptional results and foster an engaging work environment.
Effectively communicate the vision, strategic direction, and purpose for direct reports and the front-facing Sales Engineering teams to inspire and empower.
Lead a diverse and multi-cultural team and unite them through a common vision and collaborative environment.
Serve as an authentic leader, coach, and advisor to your teams to drive engagement, performance development, and foster a culture of inclusivity.
Promote a culture of learning and continuous growth, ensuring colleagues are constantly building necessary capabilities, knowledge and expertise to be successful and growth within the Company.
Support robust talent management across ANZ and SEA both within Watson Marlow and the wider group business.
Manage change effectively through maintaining balance and stability during periods of change and ambiguity.
Drive Total Customer Solutions by aligning sector strategy with Watson-Marlow value chains and collaborating across central & group teams.
Network across the wider business to share talent, identify business opportunities, and foster collaboration, ensuring alignment with group objectives and strengthening cross-functional relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Sales Support, EHS, Supply) to deliver seamless customer experience, business growth, and project delivery.
Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations in each of the operating countries, and internal company policies and procedures.
In alignment with the Group and Divisional vision, provide a clearly translated regional vision, direction, and purpose for direct reports and the customer-facing sales teams.
Skills/Experience:
This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, or equivalent experience. This must be from an accredited university or college
Visionary leader with proven success in leading sales teams in a strategic capacity, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing and empowered cross regional teams.
Strong
understanding of Process Industries (F&B, Industrial, Mining and
W&WW), including an in-depth understanding of key sub-sectors, trends,
and customer dynamics, ideally within a similar regional sales position.
Strong
understanding of developing regional Strategic business development, key
account management and business development within aligned markets.
Proven
experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities with a focus on
sustainable growth.
Strong
commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales
targets and business goals through both leadership and strategic planning.
