Mustard Seed is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team—someone who leads with high standards, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building a team that delivers exceptional service every single shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a front-of-house team to deliver memorable guest experiences
• Set the tone for hospitality—warm, attentive, and detail-oriented
• Work with the General Manager to manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and floor execution
• Maintain high service standards and hold the team accountable with consistency and fairness
• Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth, seamless service

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant industry experience
• Management experience required (full-service)
• A true passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and leads by example

What We Offer:

• Salary: $50,000–$62,000 per year + bonus opportunities
• Schedule: 50 hours per week
