We are currently searching for an On-Site Compliance Specialist to work at Windsong Apartments located in Tulsa, OK. 

Pay rate: $27 - $28 an hour

Description:

The Compliance Specialist On-Site is responsible for monitoring the property affordable housing programs. One of the primary duties of this position will be reviewing resident certification and recertification files.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring property’s affordable housing program to ensure that all target numbers are met.
  • Reviewing all site move-in certification files to make sure that all households are income qualified before the households move in.
  • Ensure affordability levels are maintained, applicable rents and utility allowances are in place which will be reviewed on all pre-move in and re-certification files. During the review of all files it is imperative that the specialist ensures that each resident file contains all required and acceptable documentation/verifications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years LIHTC experience
  • 2+ years of previous management experience
  • HCCP Designation (or equivalent)

Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
