Medical Assistant – High-Volume Clinic 

Location: Scottsdale Clinic — Princess & the 101

Compensation: $22–$25/hr DOE

What You’ll Do

  • Manage check-in, vitals, chart prep, chart audits, and device downloads.
  • Assistproviders efficiently to keep schedules running smoothly.
  • Complete tasks by deadline—no delays or missed steps.
  • Provide clear communication with patients, providers, and teammates.
  • Handle scheduling for follow-ups, office visits, and sleep studies.
  • Coordinate medicationpriorauthorizations and ensure documentation is complete andsubmittedon time.
  • Discuss treatment estimates and patientfinancial responsibilitywith confidence and professionalism. You must be comfortable collecting payments, reviewing balances, and guiding patients through financial expectations—all whilemaintaininga calm, friendly, and positive demeanor.

Requirements

  • 5+yearsMA experience in a high-volume medical office.
  • MA certification and active BLS.
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and work quickly.
  • Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality are non-negotiable.
  • Comfortable with fast pace,high expectations, and rapid workflow changes.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Comfortable using multiple software platforms including Athena, Luma, Parachute, and Microsoft Teams (used heavily for daily communication and workflow management).
