Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of production KPIs and the ability to communicate them to production staff. 

• Able to interact well with all levels of the organization. 

• Evaluate and provide timely feedback on employee performance.  

• Motivate and develop a cohesive production team. 

• Communicate and enforce company policies for safety, quality, and the environment. 

• The place of work will be in our new premises in Hořice.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of production experience in a leading role

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of MS Office

• SAP experience preferred

• Lean Manufacturing skills

• Ability to prioritize & manage multiple responsibilities
