Join Pitney Bowes as an HR Intern

Location – Noida(in-office)

Years of Experience – 0-2

Role Summary
This role is suited for an early-career HR professional looking to build depth in recruitment and HR operations while supporting broader HR initiatives. The focus is on execution, coordination, and learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition through sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

  • Assist in headhunting efforts using LinkedIn, job portals, and databases

  • Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment dashboards, and documentation

  • Provide support in onboarding and employee lifecycle processes

  • Assist in execution of HR projects (engagement, surveys, basic talent initiatives)

  • Support internal HR communications and coordination activities

  • Handle operational HR tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MBA in HR is preferred

  • 0–2 years of experience in Operations, recruitment, or relevant internships

  • Basic understanding of talent acquisition and headhunting techniques

  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Exposure to Workday

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage routine tasks efficiently
