Job Description

Purpose Statement:  Responsible for the creation, generation, and analysis of system reports and data to develop actionable steps to optimize results and look for trends and areas of improvement.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Create, analyze, and distribute various department reports so site can understand inventory requirements and ensure proper/timely execution of inventory activities.
  • Analyze and understand the root causes of process or inventory deviations and provide summary and exception reports to site management personnel.
  • Develop reporting methodologies that illustrate trends, issues, and areas where improvement may be needed.
  • Evaluate data and work with materials department personnel to understand root cause of issues and recommend course(s) of action for improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiative. Drive system and business process solutions for continuous improvements in Materials/Inventory management.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.

Other Qualifications:  

  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • General office equipment and materials

Physical Requirements:  

  • Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Travel Requirements:  

  • Less than 40%
