Help keep our maintenance operation running smoothly.
We鈥檙e looking for a detail-oriented team member to support our internal systems by ensuring parts, equipment, and inventory data are accurate and connected.
What You鈥檒l Do
- Validate parts lists against vendor information
- Build equipment Bills of Materials (BOMs) in our systems
- Enter and maintain maintenance and inventory data
- Work with vendors to gather parts lists and PM schedules
- Track inventory usage and help improve accuracy
- Support KPI reporting and maintenance dashboards
What We鈥檙e Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working with data and systems
- Ability to follow and improve processes
- ERP experience is a plus
