We’re hiring a Sales Manager who is currently in KSA to own day-to-day sales execution, drive results through people and systems, and scale performance across a high-volume sales operation.


What You’ll Do

  • Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets, tracking performance, and supporting continuous improvement.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company growth objectives and market opportunities.

  • Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and upsell opportunities to expand the customer base and increase lifetime value.

  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs, using data to guide decisions and improve conversion rates.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment between sales promises and service delivery.

  •  ⁠Use AI and automation to accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and support scalable revenue expansion.



What We’re Looking For
  •  ⁠Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams while staying hands-on when needed.

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and key performance metrics.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

  • Strategic thinker who can translate company goals into actionable sales plans.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.

  •  ⁠Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, insights, and scalability in sales.

  • High ownership mentality, accountability, and a results-driven attitude.
