University Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head High School Girls Golf Coach to lead our program and support student-athletes in their growth both on and off the course. Position Overview
The Head Girls Golf Coach is responsible for leading all aspects of the high school girls golf program, including planning practices, mentoring student-athletes, and collaborating with the Athletic Department to ensure a positive and competitive experience.

Essential Duties
•    Organize and develop the Girls Golf program in collaboration with the Athletic Department 
•    Plan and implement daily practices and oversee competitions 
•    Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes 
•    Ensure compliance with CHSAA rules and regulations 
•    Complete administrative responsibilities to support program success 
•    Build alignment with middle school and feeder programs

Minimum Qualifications
•    Previous golf coaching experience 
•    Experience mentoring students 
•    CHSAA coaching certification (or ability to obtain prior to season)

Compensation (Colorado Pay Transparency)
•    Stipend Range: $2,500 � $5,000 per season 
•    Final compensation is based on experience and qualifications in alignment with the University Schools co-curricular stipend schedule.

Benefits (Colorado Transparency Requirement)
This position is not eligible for traditional employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement, or paid leave.

•    Season: February � May 
•    Pre-season: Availability to meet with student-athletes and organize summer activities is preferred
