1: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical background or related 

2: More than 8 years working expeirent in mechanical relative field, and above 5 years product developent  experience

3: Design for manufacture thinking and design of experiment knowledge 

4: Good ability of using CAD/PROE and office software 

5: Familiar with risk analysis tools(FMEA......)

6: Have sense of continue improvement 

7: English fluently
