    Scarlet Oaks, located in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking experienced RN (Registered Nurse) professionals to join our exceptional team. As an RN (Registered Nurse) at Scarlet Oaks, you will be accountable for delivering safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

    Responsibilities of RN (Registered Nurse):

    • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.

    • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.

    • Monitor patients' conditions and notify physicians of any changes.

    Mandatory Qualifications of RN (Registered Nurse):

    • Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.

    • A current, unencumbered, active OH RN (Registered Nurse) license and current CPR certification.

    Skills and Qualities of RN (Registered Nurse):

    • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements pertaining to long-term care.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities.

    • Ability to deal tactfully with a team of inter-disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.

    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
