What Will You Get To Do:

• Responsible for the organization of the warehouse from facilities layout through workflow optimization
• Inventory management, leadership, and direct supervision of the distribution center team
• Manage the delivery of components to line side in a lean environment
• Help manage movement of inventory in and out of facility
• Collaborate with management across all shifts at site location as well as across the organization to drive results for suppliers and internal and external customers

• Weekly travel between KV sites required
• Coach and develop others to ensure organizational success; identify talent and provide opportunities to learn and grow; recognize great performance; provide ongoing feedback; address performance issues decisively and quickly

What Will You Bring:

• 5 years of experience in Shipping/Receiving
• 2 years of experience leading a team
• High School Diploma
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite; strong Excel skills
