The role of Business Development Coordinator & Appointment Setter is to build awareness of our Brand through strategic outreach and relationship building to be able to successfully secure new subscribers for our software Bossly.

Business Development Coordinator & Appointment Setter


*This is a commission based role to start. Please do not apply if you are not interested in commission as part of your compensation. 


Role:

The role of Business Development Coordinator & Appointment Setter is to build awareness of our Brand through strategic outreach and relationship building to be able to successfully secure new subscribers for our all in one marketing and sales software, Bossly. This role will report directly to the CEO and is expected to serve as the lead business development resource for our SaaS company. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call, email, or DM prospects daily to generate appointments with prospective customers
  • Qualify cold/warm leads by engaging in an active conversation to assess needs and initiate the sales process
  • Follow up on existing leads by DM, phone, or email 
  • Engage through social media with prospects
  • Help to create client attractive content on social media
  • Achieve sales goals for lead generation and new clients
  • Provide ongoing and general support to the entire business


Expected Results:

  • Acquire 50-100 strong prospects per month
  • Secure 10-20 new accounts each week
  • Successfully assist in the onboarding of new clients

  • Hardworking and persistent; cold/warm calling is required

Requirements

As we’re looking for an ideal fit, our new Business Development Coordinator & Appointment Setter will likely possess what we’ve listed below:


  • US Based 
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Familiarity with HighLevel and other digital marketing softwares
  • Proven experience as an appointment setter or similar roles
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Extremely goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer & digital marketing savvy with a strong familiarity with social media marketing and email marketing
  • Willingness to learn corporate softwares
