Job Description

This is an Expression of Interest for Contracts Administrator roles on our various projects across Sydney.

About the Opportunity
As a Contracts Administrator, you will manage subcontractor agreements, monitor compliance, and support commercial outcomes for the project. You will work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to ensure accurate reporting, timely payments, and risk management. This role is key to maintaining strong supplier relationships and delivering contractual obligations effectively.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare and review subcontract agreements

  • Monitor contract compliance and variations

  • Manage progress claims and payment schedules

  • Maintain accurate contract documentation

  • Support cost control and forecasting

  • Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar

  • Experience in contract administration on civil projects

  • Strong knowledge of subcontractor agreements and the Security of Payments Act NSW

  • Proficiency in MS Office and contract systems

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
