Bobcat of the Rockies is seeking a candidate for a departmental trainee for Parts & Supply, Service Administrator, and Rental Specialist. Trainee will spend 1- 2 months in each department, learning the ins and outs of our business.

Compensation: Full-time position $60k-$70k plus bonus

Details:

  • The trainee will move between (3) different departments throughout the store
  • Online coursework from Berry University will include leadership and soft skills training
  • Identifying and spreading Bobcat of the Rockies culture will be emphasized
  • Successful completion of this position will prepare the trainee to be a staff member in any department with a predominant role in the parts department

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Good customer service skills
  • Computer skills (i.e., Microsoft platform), and general soft skills are preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen

Physical Requirements

  • Physically able to operate construction equipment and forklifts.
  • Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around fumes & loud noise.
  • Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, couch, and crawl
  • Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
