Caliber Tech LLC is an established IT staffing and consulting firm serving multiple U.S. state agencies, including South Carolina, Arizona, Georgia, and others. As an approved vendor, we specialize in delivering high-quality IT talent across domains such as infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, and project management.

We are seeking a Remote Account Manager to take complete ownership of the State staffing account, managing the full recruitment lifecycle through the Vendor Management System (VMS). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and has prior experience supporting state or public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT staffing requisitions released through the South Carolina state VMS.

Search, screen, submit, and onboard candidates who are submitted to clients for the projects.

Attend weekly VMS or client meetings to review new requirements, updates, and candidate feedback.

Log in daily to the VMS to track new job postings, respond to updates, and manage submissions.

Partner with internal recruiters and sourcing teams to identify, screen, and qualify top candidates.

Review candidate profiles for compliance with VMS requirements and ensure professional formatting.

Conduct pre-screening interviews to validate skills, communication, and fit.

Submit qualified candidates through the VMS and follow up on client feedback.

Track submittals, interview schedules, selections, and onboarding through to completion.

Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout their engagement.

Prepare weekly progress and performance reports for leadership.

Build strong relationships with VMS managers and client contacts to increase placement success.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in IT staffing, account management, or recruiting (VMS or MSP experience required).

Previous exposure to State Government or Public Sector staffing strongly preferred.

Experience using VectorVMS, Dot Staff, People Fluent, or similar VMS tools.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Working knowledge of IT job categories (developers, system admins, network engineers, analysts, etc.).

Ability to work independently in a remote setting with accountability for results.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and collaborative tools.

Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card Holder. Unfortunately, this position doesn't support Immigration based sponsorship

Compensation & Incentives:

Base Salary: $2,500 to 3,000/month (paid monthly).

Placement Commission: $1 – upto $5 per billable hour for each successfully placed candidate, paid monthly while the candidate remains active. (The hourly bonus depends on various factors and will be disclosed at the time of position closure)

Earning Potential: $4,000–$6,000/month (average) with opportunity to scale higher based on performance.

Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses for high placement volume, client satisfaction, and retention.
