Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Graveyard Shift Supervisor for a luxury high-rise residential property in Downtown Los Angeles. This is not just another overnight post — this is a supervisory role at a premier property where professionalism, leadership, and presence matter.

We are looking for someone who can take charge of the shift, support the team, handle overnight activity, and represent the property with confidence and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise the overnight security operation
• Lead by example and keep the shift running smoothly
• Monitor property activity and maintain a secure environment
• Conduct patrols and ensure all duties are completed properly
• Respond to incidents, issues, and resident concerns professionally
• Communicate clearly with management and staff
• Maintain a polished, reliable, and visible presence overnight

What We're Looking For

• Security experience required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable, alert, and confident working overnight
• Able to manage situations calmly and professionally
