Food Truck Pizza Artist – Freshies Wood Fired

Freshies Wood Fired is looking for a Pizza Artist to join our food truck team. This is a fun, seasonal opportunity to work outdoors, travel to events across Maine, and be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

From weddings to local fairs, you’ll help create artisan, wood-fired pizza while delivering a great experience to every customer.

What You’ll Do

Prepare, cook, and package artisan, wood-fired pizzas following Freshies standards
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures at all times
Ensure product quality and consistency with every order
Receive and verify deliveries; check product quality and accuracy
Track product and food safety information using handheld devices or paperwork
Keep the food truck and prep areas clean, organized, and safe
Provide friendly, engaging customer service at events and locations
Support team members in a fast-paced, mobile food environment
Travel to various event locations as part of the role

Qualifications

Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Strong attention to detail and food quality
Comfortable working in varying conditions (heat, cold, weather changes)
Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
High school diploma or GED
Previous food service or kitchen experience is a plus
