What you will do:
- Gather focused assessment data (i.e. vital signs, LOC)
- Administer topical, oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and sublingual medications as prescribed.
- Perform IV insertion, as applicable.
- Blood Glucose Checks, Pregnancy Tests, CLO Tests.
- Monitoring BP machines, EKG, IV Infusion systems.
What you bring:
- Graduation from an approved LPN program. Must have an active licensure and the ability to maintain your licensure is required.
- Membership in the state and/or national SGNA recommended.
- BLS and ACLS Certification required.
- Completed IV infusion therapy program required.
- Application of judgment, communication skill and tact, ability to complete necessary tasks in reasonable time frames. Organizational skills. Must possess physical strength required to move carts, able to assist post sedation patient with ambulation. Demonstrate initiative, insight, and judgment in making decisions.
