Position Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior executives at Lenovo. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and judgment while managing complex schedules, global communications, and cross-functional priorities in a highly matrixed, international organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment and acts as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support

Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior executives, including calendar management, global travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple time zones
Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholder
Strategic & Operational Coordination
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
Coordinate leadership meetings, board-related activities, town halls, and off-site events
Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and support key initiatives
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence and communications
Partner closely with leaders across functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Operations)
Interact with senior leaders, customers, and partners with professionalism and confidentiality
Confidentiality & Judgment
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, prioritization, and issue escalation
Act as a trusted advisor while representing Lenovo’s values and culture
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency
Leverage technology and Lenovo systems/tools to support productivity
Support other executive assistants and contribute to a collaborative EA community

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of experience supporting senior or C-level executives in a global organization

Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to manage complex schedules and priorities across multiple time zones
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting executives in a technology or Fortune 500 company
Comfort working in a matrixed, multicultural, global environment
Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
Experience with executive-level presentations and meeting facilitation
