Job Description

We are hiring a Human Resource Generalist to join our growing HR team and support the continued expansion of Teltonika in Bogota, Colombia. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong local teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and our global TA team to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience while helping establish scalable hiring processes as the business grows.

In this role, you will:

 

  • Working with existing and develop new Talent Acquisition channels & strategies, to find and match best talents with our open positions in Colombia
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process: CV sourcing & headhunting, phone screening, conducting interviews together with the Hiring Managers
  • Implement top-notch Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Focus on proactively generating new Talent pools, mainly headhunting
  • Consult hiring managers on recruitment related topics, conduct training for new Hiring Managers
  • Prepare and deliver constant updates and insights to the HQ Office in terms of hiring progress, achievements and challenges in delivering Hiring Plan
  • Keep employee records accurate and deliver timely HR reports.
  • Own the pre-boarding and onboarding process, making new hires feel welcome from day one.
  • Manage offboarding smoothly, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Organize team events and initiatives that boost engagement and culture.
  • Support HR projects, surveys, and ad hoc tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist managers with performance management tools and salary review processes.
  • Collaborate effectively across a matrix organization, working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
